Great looking tool! When I try to edit a vendor, it prompts me to fill out all fields, even if they are not mandatory. Also, edits and logo uploads don't save from the edit popup, even if I fill in every field. One other related item - when entering a URL, it did not recognize www.google.com as a valid web address. It would be helpful if the field added the https:// without making me type it.

It would be really useful if I could get email notifications when contracts were close to expiring or auto renewing. It would be great if I could configure these. For example, if a contract needs 90 days notice to cancel an autorenewal, it would be great to get a series of reminders in advance of this deadline.
